On-Site Support
With On-Site Support we come to your office to resolve any issues that may occur. We offer many support options to fit every budget and need. We never charge for drive time and all consultations are free. Our emergency response time is same day and our typical non emergency response time is approximately 3 days. All support calls are answered immediately and scheduled. Our goal is to have as little down time as possible and we work 24 hours a day to insure that.

Network Support
Networks are great tools as long as they work efficiently and reliably. Our expertise is in problem solving, we understand that your network is the backbone of your business. We will work, literally, 24 hours a day to get your network up and running correctly. In fact that is how we have gained many of our clients; nothing is a better example of our skill than coming in and succeeding where others couldn’t. It does not matter if it is our first meeting or you have been a client from the beginning, we will work diligently until the issue is resolved.

We offer remote Computer Support through the internet for the fastest response times. Our remote PC Support services allow us to connect to any PC, Laptop or Server running Microsoft Windows 2000 or greater with an internet connection. We can also use remote support to work on PCs and networks after hours to avoid the inconvenience of being without your computer during work hours.
